Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.
Life can feel overwhelming.
Anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, major life transitions, or an unhealthy relationship can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected from others, weighed down by self-doubt, or carrying a quiet sense of hopelessness.
Maybe you want to feel calmer, more confident, and more at peace in your relationships. Or perhaps you’re struggling with guilt or shame that feels difficult to let go of.
Even when hope feels distant, healing, growth, and true transformation are absolutely possible with the right support. Therapy offers a space to rediscover that hope to reconnect with your inner strength, understand your patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Hope, healing, and transformation begin with care that feels safe, compassionate, and centered on your unique needs.
About Me
Hi! My name is Juliet Fogarty, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I’m also neurodiversity- affirming and enjoy working with Autistic and ADHD adults. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities including EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support meaningful growth, deeper self-understanding, and long-term emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine respect for your unique experience. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapy environment where you can explore your experiences, heal from the past, and reconnect with your strength, confidence, and sense of self.
